Frequently asked questions from buyers
Do I need a down payment of 20% to buy in Las Vegas?
No. Many first-time buyers use loan programs. These allow significantly less than 20% down. The right number depends on your loan type and financial picture. I can connect you with lenders I trust to walk through your actual options before you start looking at homes.
How long does it take to buy a home in Southern Nevada?
From an accepted offer to closing typically runs about 30–45 days. This depends on your loan type and the property. If you’re relocating, we can time your search so your closing lines up with your move.
Can we do the whole process in Spanish?
Yes. As a bilingual REALTOR®, I handle every step in English or Español, whichever you prefer. This includes everything from the first conversation through closing. You shouldn’t have to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life in your second language if you don’t want to.
